What is this service?
SRCHN.PROPERTY prepares the Khatha application with the deed and assessment records, files it with the gram panchayat, follows it through the panchayat's verification, and confirms the updated entry appears correctly on e-Swathu.
Panchayat-area properties carry a panchayat Khatha (distinct from the BBMP Khatha and linked to the e-Swathu assessment). New Khathas, ownership transfers after sale or inheritance, and corrections of name or measurement are processed through the panchayat, with digitised records maintained on e-Swathu.
