How it works
- 1Join as a creator. Register with your name, email and creator category. Email verification keeps the platform accountable. You receive a unique SRCHN Creator ID.
- 2Add a place. Start with a real place: its basic details, category and location.
- 3Upload media. Photos, videos up to 30 seconds and drone footage in 1080p HD, with a clear capture timestamp.
- 4Submit for review. Your entry enters the Team SRCHN review queue with a submission ID. Track its status from your profile.
- 5Get published with credit. Approved content appears on SRCHN with creator attribution. Your recognition grows with every approved contribution.
What you can contribute
Photos
Real, current photos of the place in 1080p HD. No stock imagery, no misleading angles.
Videos
Short videos up to 30 seconds in 1080p HD that show the place as it is.
Drone footage
Aerial views in 1080p HD where flying is permitted, with capture details.
Corrections
Fix wrong names, categories, timings, prices, contacts or locations on existing entries.
Improvements
Missing details, accessibility notes, menu or price updates that make an entry more useful.
What happens after you submit
- Received. Your submission gets a unique ID (SRCHN-STU-…) and a confirmation email.
- In review. Team SRCHN checks authenticity, quality, accuracy and rights.
- Decision. Approved, changes requested, or rejected with a reason. You are emailed at each stage.
- Published. Approved content goes live with your creator credit.
Recognition
Contribution on SRCHN is accountable and credited. Every creator carries:
- A unique SRCHN Creator ID from day one.
- Verified Creator status once your work passes review.
- A SRCHN Score that grows with approved contributions.
- Featured placement for standout submissions.
- Recognition pathways for sustained quality, including invite-only collaborations.
Transparency
- Rejection reasons are recorded and shared with you.
- No deletion without a trace: every decision is logged.
